I came to this dealership on Friday January 16th and Chris helped me out with getting this beautiful 2012 Mercedes Benz E350 ! I was pleased with the customer service that was provided, and how fast the process was ! Normally I expect to spend the whole day getting the paperwork together, but Chris was very professional and had everything ready to go making this experience fast and smooth ! Definitely hands down the best experience I've had by far at a dealership! The owner Robert is a very genuine guy, he is very honest and upfront about his vehicles on the lot and the respect and family value the business has ! Robert went the extra mile to ensure to me my car will be taken care of and the has ZERO ISSUES ! Both Chris and Robert made my experience here at RT Motorsports unlike no other car lot I've ever been too ! I highly recommend this dealership for any person who is looking for a loyal , and honest company to finance from and or purchase from ! RUN DON'T WALK TO RT MOTORSPORTS AND ASK FOR CHRIS !! Purchased my 2018 F150 stx last year December. I am still very satisfied with my purchase no issues sales person stayed over Business hour to finish my paperwork very helpful and informative made my experience A good one and felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase and still am very happy. My salesman Chris Padilla was able to get me an even lower rate on my purchase which was awesome .I felt we both Won on this one I’m saving up for my next purchase and I know where I will be going . I have had a couple interactions with RT Motors and have been very satisfied. They go above and beyond for their customers and I highly highly recommend them if you are looking for a car. The owner, Robert, is very professional and explains everything in detail so his customers understand.
